An aligning ball bearing is a bearing with spherical ball bearings between the inner ring of two raceway and the outer ring with the spherical raceway.
The curvature center of the outer ring raceway surface is the same as the bearing center, so it has the same regulating function as the automatic centering ball bearing. In the case of the shaft, housing deflection can be adjusted automatically, without increasing the bearing burden. The aligning roller bearing can bear radial load and axial load in two directions. Radial load capacity, suitable for heavy load, impact load. The inner diameter of the inner ring is the bearing with the taper hole, which can be installed directly. Or use a tight set sleeve, remove the cylinder to install on the cylindrical shaft. The retainer is made of steel sheet stamping retainer, polyamide forming retainer, and copper alloy car.
The aligning ball bearing has two kinds of structure: cylindrical hole and conical hole, and the retainer is made of steel plate, synthetic resin and so on. When the shaft is bent or tilted under stress so that the relative inclination between the centerline of the inner ring and the centerline of the outer ring is no more than 1° ~ 2.5°, the bearing can still work.
